My 16 week appointment has got to be the best appointment I've had and that's because I heard my baby's heartbeat for the very first time. Just me and my mum as H works nights so has said he'd only make the scans. I got my booking bloods back which were good except I was told that I'm borderline anemic. But still the best part was hearing her heart beat. I was on such a high after that.
I was told the next time I saw the midwife would be at 24 weeks due to having shared care and at 20 weeks I will be seeing the consultant at the hospital. Not much to say about that day other than it went quickly.
